I am very pleased that I registered with ATC, though I was originally reluctant. The reason I was reluctant is because, since the recession began, I have listed with over 15 recruitment agencies and only about 2% of these have even contacted me and half that have acquired assignments for me. ATC contacted me about a temporary position within two weeks of registering and I had an interview the following week. Two days later I began a two month assignment. The pay rate, for the area (Zone 4) was excellent and it has been a great place to work so far (I am still there). The staff at ATC are very friendly and helpful. They also phone and email with reminders about late timesheets, to ensure that you get paid every week. I also feel they are more honest than a lot of other recruitment agencies. ATC is definitely one of the best agencies I have ever been registered with in my seven years as a temp.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Sasha, she is professional and efficient and has taken the time to get to know the company and the type of candidates we look for. I am confident in her abilities to provide us with the right candidate that I have even left her to make the decision for us when we needed a quick hire. Working with Geraldine has been a pleasure, her attitude to me and my team has always been one of helping us to achieve our aims and goals. Geraldine is able to find excellent staff for us; this can only be done by knowing and understanding our problems and needs, which I am happy to say Geraldine does without being pushy or demanding. Too often agencies employ staff to “sell” their staff, but Geraldine was able to gain our confidence and trust by providing the right people at the right time. Geraldine has always kept in touch and has frequently popped in to see us; this is something we all welcome as her smile helps to brighten the day. She is able to interact with all the staff, no matter what their level and pushes to achieve the best for the agency’s staff.
